wash my clothes, water
the plants, start a book, make
a chilli - porridge

the wings of the crow
fly over the worm rich soil -
on the ground fruit rots

the dark seeps under
the door and peers at me through
the window - spiders

the sea calls me and
the river is married to
the rain - purple sky

walking worm food and
dust - my heart beats for now but
the present unwraps

the dark storm returns
and rages and burns my soul
naked again - raw

follow the path to
the waking world beyond the
emotions - colours

crazy insane mad -
the jittery jagged reds
screaming - the dark storm
